I completed my 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at A Yoga Practice in Georgetown, MA and am a registered Yoga Alliance instructor.
I completed my Breakti Yoga training, a style that integrates break dancing mindfully with yoga in 2013 in NYC with style inventor Anya Porter.
I'm a former gymnast and have been coaching high level competitive gymnastics for the past ten years. My alignment expertise, strength building techniques, and practice composition are highly informed by my gymnastics background.
I find that practicing and teaching yoga allows me to continuously further my exploration of the body and the mind, and the beautiful and essential connection between the two. I believe that yoga, like the best things in life, is full of movement and growth – ever expanding!
